As part of our drive to be transparent and open, we take a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We underpin this commitment by implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery and fraud. These are outlined in our Anti-fraud, Bribery and Hospitality Policy.
This policy applies to all individuals working at all levels and grades, including Board members, directors, senior managers, officers, apprentices, employees (whether permanent, fixed term or temporary), consultants, contractors, seconded staff, homeworkers, casual workers, agency staff, volunteers, internships, work experience, agents, sponsors, or any other person associated with us, or their employees, wherever located.
The Careers and ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Company will uphold all laws relevant to countering fraud, bribery and corruption and we remain bound by the laws of the UK, including the Bribery Act 2010 and the Fraud Act 2006.
